  • Card details: card number, security number, expiry date and cardholder name. These are processed by our PCI-compliant payment partner; we never store full card numbers.
  • Billing details and preferences: frequent flyer numbers, car rental programmes and hotel preferences, where applicable.
  • Dietary and health requirements: any dietary requirements or health issues we need to relay to the airline.
  • Call recordings: calls may be recorded for quality control and staff training.
  • Social media: when you interact with us via Facebook, Twitter or Instagram you'll also be bound by their respective privacy policies.
  • IP address and cookies: when you access our website our servers may record information about your device and the network you are using to connect with us, including your IP address, to monitor browser type and approximate geographic location.

  • Third parties: an individual making a third-party reservation on your behalf; service providers we rely on (credit card processing, business analytics and fraud prevention).
  • Business partners: partners who have cooperated with us to supply a shared product or package — by providing your info to such partners, they may communicate with you directly by email, phone or post.

We never sell your personal data.

How we protect your information

We want you to be confident about using Fare On Call US to process your flights, hotels and other travel reservations. We have imposed managerial, technical and physical safeguards to protect the information you give us. We encrypt highly sensitive data (e.g. card details) in transit between your device and our systems, and we use firewalls and intrusion-detection systems to prevent unauthorised access.

How long do we keep it?

We retain booking records for as long as required by accounting and aviation regulations. Marketing data is kept only while you remain subscribed.
