Our role
We act as a booking agent on behalf of the airline or supplier whose services you have selected. The contract for those services is between you and that supplier, and is subject to their own conditions of carriage.
Who are we?
Registered Office: 1973 North Rulon White Blvd, 9701 4th St N STE 300 Saint Petersburg, FL 33702.
Booking and payments
The person on whom the booking is being made has to be over 18 years of age as well as a resident of the U.K. at the time of making the booking. By placing the booking you declare that you and all the members included in the booking are of appropriate age to purchase these services.
The financial responsibility for making payments for the above bookings lies on the first-named person who is making the booking. This person guarantees the booking payment as well as the total cost of the holiday. Unless you make use of one of our low-deposit holiday offers, the full payment must be made at the time of booking. If you choose a low-deposit option, the balance is payable by the due date notified to you — usually at least 10 days before your trip.
If the complete amount isn't paid in due time, the company reserves the right to treat your booking as cancelled as well as retain the initial deposit made by you. There may be no reminders sent to you to make the due payments — you need to keep track and pay on time. When we receive your full payment, there will be a final and binding contract between you and the company. This is when you will receive the booking confirmation from us, confirming the details of your travel.
Any money paid to an authorised agent of ours in respect of a booking covered by our ATOL is held by that agent on behalf of and in lieu of the Trustees of the Air Travel Trust at all times, subject to the agent's obligation to pay it to us until we fail financially. If we fail financially, any money held at that time by the agent or subsequently accepted from the consumer by the agent continues to be held by that agent on behalf of and for the benefit of the Trustees of the Air Travel Trust without any compulsion to pay that money to us. You may make payment by debit or credit card.
Airline ticket amendment / rebooking
If you wish to modify your arrangements after your booking has been made, we will do our best to arrange this provided we can accommodate the change. Any request for changes must be made in writing by the person who made the booking. Fare On Call US operates in compliance with airline ticket regulations, which are usually very restrictive. If Fare On Call US is to assist with a rebooking, you are liable for costs arising from rebooking. We will charge an amendment fee of $ 50.00 per person plus airline penalties, tax differences and any other cost we incur in making the alteration. Please note that your rebooking is not valid until you have received written confirmation from Fare On Call US.
Scheduled airlines normally treat name changes as a cancellation. Rebooking may incur a 100% cancellation charge in respect of the airfare.
Airline ticket refunds
Air tickets returned to us for a refund are subject to an administration charge of $ 60 per ticket, irrespective of the number of tickets returned, and you will be required to pay a per-ticket cancellation charge imposed by the airline or the consolidator pursuant to their terms and conditions. There is no automatic right to a refund. When you return an air ticket to us we will arrange for it to be presented to the respective airline or consolidator to assess eligibility for a possible refund in accordance with the relevant airline's or consolidator's terms and conditions.
If a recoverable air ticket refund is less than the above administration charge, the ticket will be deemed to be fully non-refundable. An administration fee of $ 60 per ticket will be levied on any non-refundable ticket where a tax refund application is made by us at your request and on your behalf. Refunds will not be paid to you until they have been received by us from the relevant airline or consolidator. In the case of airline ticket refunds this is normally 6 to 8 weeks from the point the tickets are submitted for consideration to the airline.
Documentation and passports
It is your responsibility to ensure passports, visas and health requirements are met for every destination on your itinerary. We accept no liability for travel denied due to missing or invalid documentation. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the period of your stay.
Liability
Our liability to you is limited to the value of the booking. We are not liable for losses arising from circumstances outside our control such as airline insolvency, industrial action, weather or government decisions.
Complaints
Please raise concerns with our team as soon as possible — call +1 347 801 8535 or email support@fareoncall.com. Complaints made in writing will be acknowledged within 7 days.
